Return Policy

Any unopened/unused items in original packaging with tags can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Exchanges may be permitted for defective items.  Receipt required for all returns.

If, for any reason, your pet does not eat the food you purchase, it can be returned for store credit.  It must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging.  UPC must still be the original packaging.  This guarantee does not apply to “non-food” items such as treats, supplements, or other ingestible products unless the product specifies that it has a manufacturer guarantee.
